These green loan programs are already being adopted globally.

Green programs include energy efficiency measures, pollution reduction, recycling, and reusing and proper waste management system. However, the residential sector who wants to go green to cut cost on energy is in indeterminate state. Home owners do not know how to start because of the high expenses that goes with house remodeling and house greening.

Home energy assessment lets you figure out what kind of improvement to make in order to make your home energy-efficient. In this case, when closing a deal, the buyer and the seller should agree on this deal before closing the assessment or immediately after the deal was made.

Home inspection comes as a prerequisite. However, this won’t help you figure out if there’s a need to replace existing heating and cooling equipment. It won’t determine if caulking and insulation is needed to be installed to make your home able to use energy well.
